How I Can Help You to Quit
Most people do need some kind of help to stop smoking and there are many forms of help that you can get, and you will have heard of them all no doubt. Sometimes you may even consider using more than one option at the same time, I urge you strongly to consider Hypnotherapy. I usually like to talk to the client about their reasons that they want to stop, the obvious ones are health and wealth, what better reason could you have, well your family, or those close to you are another. Often it is all three, Establishing the reasons is very easy, but I also like to talk to the client about which method would suit them best. There are a few methods, Authoritarian, Emotional Blackmail (your family needs you) or Health are just three of them. Again, it may be a combination and that is no trouble at all. You will probably know which method would suit you, if you don’t then I usually use as many as possible within one recording. Left within the text of a recording are “keys” Hypnotherapy keys are things that you can do or think of when the going gets tough, they take you mind of the problem, which in this case is Nicotine, or holding that cigarette. One question I do get asked, is will I put on weight, the answer is, you will certainly be able to taste your food again, and for a short period feel like you want to eat, however you will also be fitter very quickly and be able to exercise just that little bit more, in fact quite a lot more if you want to. Soon the combination of the craving disappearing and the fitter you get will counteract any weight that you might put on in the 1st couple of months. If you feel like you need help in this area then it can be added. Smoking as you know is being more or more outcast by the non-smoking majority and it is probably only a matter of time before the banning of smoking in public is upon us, do you really want to stand outside your local pub?
